Are you using Account ID columns in the CSV or are you just selecting the account dropdown?
I import by selecting the account from the dropdown. The csv files do not contain the acct number.
So what exactly do you mean the import function is dropping transactions?
You can easily replicate the problem using the 2 test files below. First cut and paste them and save them as ‘file1.csv’ and file2’csv’. Notice there are 2 trades in each file, so 4 trades in total (4 buys and 4 sells). Now import both files. Go to the Trades tab and you will see just 3 trades. One of the trades from File2 is missing.
File1:
Date,Action,Symbol,Description,Quantity,Price,Fees & Comm,Amount
06/26/2025,Buy,FFF,DUMMY,10,200,-2000.00
06/26/2025,Sell,FFF,DUMMY,10,205,2050
07/26/2025,Buy,FFF,DUMMY,20,210,-4200.00
07/26/2025,Sell,FFF,DUMMY,20,215,4300.00
File2:
Date,Action,Symbol,Description,Quantity,Price,Fees & Comm,Amount
06/26/2025,Buy,XYZ,DUMMY,10,100,-1000.00
06/26/2025,Sell,XYZ,DUMMY,10,105,1050
06/26/2025,Buy,XYZ,DUMMY,20,110,-2200.00
06/26/2025,Sell,XYZ,DUMMY,20,115,2300.00
I thought you were referring to the account not being added to trades. That is a different thing than a parser issue. I will have the parser addressed soon.
The fix for this is live
Confirmed: It’s working now
