Filter values on Trades tab not registering

If you specify a symbol on the trades tab to filter the results and then click ‘Apply’ the display changes to show trades for just that symbol. If you then blank out the symbol and click ‘Apply’ again the results do not change. It looks like the new filter value is not registering correctly.

I have not seen this issue in dev or in the hosted cloud version. I just tested and that does not occur for me.

I ran a few more tests and I see that this error only occurs if your have filtered on a single account number. If you leave the account dropdown set to ‘All Accounts’ the problem goes away. Can you confirm?

Ah yes. I do see that as an issue. I will work on a fix

This should be resolved. Sorry I forgot to update this thread

You have more problems with the filters on the Trades tab. To replicate load some test trades. In the Trades tab filter on a specific symbol. Display will correctly show only that symbol. Now select ‘short’ in the ‘position type’. Display is now blank because there are no short trades (correct). Now return the ‘position type’ to ‘All’. Display is still blank. It does not show the trades for that symbol. Looks like the ‘position type’ value is not registering.

Do you have a specific account selected? I tested with all accounts and just a single account selected and the position type reset back to showing all trades when I hit apply

I tried it with a specific acct and ‘All Accts’ Made no difference. What browser are you using?

I am using Brave, so essentially Chrome

I’m using Brave as well.

Can you send me your test file(s)? I will try those and see if it makes any difference. (I’m testing with the 2 small test files I used earlier)

I don’t really have a test file to provide. I tested in my dev environment and on the cloud version. I tested with the same scenario you had where Short comes up with no results then going back to ALL and applying filters brings back all results. I also tested with more than 1 account selected. Can you trying signing in on a private browser to make sure you aren’t getting any browser cache issues?

I went back and deleted everything and reloaded the test files from scratch. Everything seems to be working now. Must have been cache issue.
